Cross fit full strength is amazing! I am doing a 6 week challenge there now. I have dropped almost 5 pounds in the first week. The classes are always challenging in a fun way so you can't get bored. The coaches have been awesome with making any adjustments and modifications for my level. The staff and members are always ready to give encouragement. It is a great environment to work out in. This really is something any one at any level can do. ....and if you're going to do it, do it with the best at Full Strength.
