  • So back in September I ordered a medium pan pepperoni for carryout. When I got home, I found I had been given hand tossed crust instead. I promptly called and spoke with a manager who informed me my next medium pizza would be free. I just called tonight to get my correct pizza and was told by the manager that because it was a new year and more than 90 days had passed, my credit was no longer available. Had this been explained to me on the original call, I would have redeemed my credit sooner. While I am out the original $10 I spent (hand tossed is disgusting and I did not eat it) this pizza hut is out 1 customer.
