I boarded my dog here for two nights. They sent me a picture each day telling me how my dog had a blast, saying she had a best friend, etc...
What they failed to mention is that my dog incurred an eye infection while there and they failed to communicate anything to me until I picked her up. When picking her up the employee at the front desk tells me that she came in with the eye infection, which is a lie. I told her that I was upset with the lack of communication and asked why I was receiving text messages saying that my dog was having a blast when they claim she came in with an eye infection. Even more puzzling is why they would allow her to play with other dogs if they claim she came in with an eye infection?
I talked with the owner who claims that it was the first she was hearing of it. Instead of making any effort to rectify the situation or making anything right she sat on the phone and argued with me. I understand that unforeseen things happen. What's most important, as business owner, is how you handle the screw ups. They screwed up, and they did not handle it very well at all.
How much will this ultimately cost the business? I'm definitely sharing this with every pet owner I know. I'm posting this review which will hopefully be read by several potential customers. Do not bring your pets to these people!
As a business owner you need to take responsibility when you screw up, period.
