Let's start off by mentioning that I was super happy with my service at first. Robert hooked me up with a repair for a chip in my windshield and worked with insurance company to get it taken care of. After that, he got me a discount on a great wash outside and inside including freshener. Great! Car looked and smelled great.
It was when I drove away that I noticed the problem. My moonroof was half open. Since I never open my moonroof in Phoenix in August, I figured that was part of the cleaning detail. When I tried to close it, it wouldn't close. Then I noticed the broken piece.
So I go back to address the issue and after talking to greeters AND managers, all I got was denial that they broke it. Apparently it's policy to mention anything broken while cleaning. Apparently it's also policy to deny when you break something. Now I'm stuck with a broken moonroof in a car I'm trying to sell no thanks to these guys.
They might do some good work here and there, but the integrity of this place is garbage. Only take your vehicles here at your own risk. I will never return to ANY Jacksons Car Wash.
