  • Worst car buying experience ever! We knew what car we wanted and had a trade in. We went in and had them take all the trade in info and stated that we will apply online. Call them after and it took them 2 days to get us rough numbers. They kept insisting we come in. Red flag. We were shuffled among 3 sales people all either new or had no idea what they were talking about. Anyway we came to a deal then sat with the finance guy. Super sloppy unorganized. Red flag. Sure enough had to send him his partner and Chrysler capital proof of income about 5 times. Then we didn't get our green slip until day 30 which was a Friday so I had to go to the DMV on a Saturday since my temp plates were now expired. So in a nutshell..... This place unorganized , irresponsible, sloppy ,inexperienced and generally just bad. Do yourself a favor go to carmax or a reputable dealer that has their business together.
