I will not ever be returning to this store after shopping here for 2 years. The Sunday morning madness to buy a newspaper has become a joke. These crazy customers only go there to buy newspapers. The limit is 2 papers per person. They bring all their kids and would probably bring their pets if they could get away with it to each buy 2 newspapers. The staff finally stopped selling papers to the kids but the parents try to argue for their kids to purchase the papers.
I only want to purchase 1 newspaper but I always purchase several other items weekly and spend $7 -10 per week. 95% of these customers only go there to buy the newspapers. Today I refused to stand in the line these people have decided to implement. There are no signs the require you to stand in a line so I walked up and went in with a bunch of other people and 2 ladies start yelling that I had to go to the back of the line. The clerk refused to give me a paper because I did not stand in line. I asked her where is says that I had to stand in line and she had no answer. I walked out and told her she had just lost a loyal customer.
I went to Safeway and paid double for a newspaper but I WILL NOT be a returning customer to this Dollar Tree ever again.
