  • I was told about an hour (that word "about" has a lot of leeway!) for my tire change. Your service claims you will have the car ready in an hour or less yet, here I sit, 3 hours later waiting on my car for a simple tire change. Empty bays, more staff than needed, but no service. I've seen several people who came in after me get a tire change, yet my vehicle has not moved. When you pay $160 for one dam tire and have to wait 3 hours...ITS A F*CKIN' joke. Thank you for wasting my time. It's not like I asked for a free tire plug.
