  • Very poor customer service. When it was time for me to check out, I waited 15 mins at the register. Keep in mind no one was in front of me. The "boss" stood there behind the counter talking on the phone while the associate was blowing up balloons. I understand that the phone call was taken first and perhaps the balloons were an order from a cust waiting somewhere in the store. But to have two associates behind the registers stand there for 15 mins and not say one word is very poor customer service. The least they could do would be to hold for a second on the phone and say be with you in a min. The least the other lady could do is just tell me the exact same thing while blowing up the balloons. Not one word for 15 mins and they ignored me like I was nothing. So did I end up purchasing anything? I was so disgusted by how I was treated, or should I say "ignored" that I left my cart at the checkout. Took my daughter out of the cart and walked away. Anyways, I'd rather buy my sh*t somewhere else then experience cust service here again. Not to mention this store is always crowded with box freight or carts or ladders that the employees were using to place new products up. It looks like as if the sales floor was its backroom. This may be a death trap walking around the store. Can you say law suite? Im never coming back!
