ordered a sectional at first. they did deliver it but it would not fit in my house. ok no problem I said just give me the tv stand we ordered. no tv stand.... not one person bothered to call and tell me it was damaged and they never even put it on the truck?? customer service is the key to a good business, I fail to see that with this particular store.. reordered a new sectional that came.... again no tv stand... was told it was again damaged... finally had to call and ask where is my tv stand??? we will deliver Tuesday... ok but we told the manager of the delivery area could not be there at 11 to 1.... they just called me ... r u home? I think the store and the delivery area should start talking to one another it would help your business!!!!
