As I said in my last review I was willing to give Urban Air Park one more chance, and I did. First and foremost, the AC was definitely working this time. Also, I think it was a manager or even the owner who was there and helped us get checked in so the check in experience was beyond improved. You can bring your own trampoline socks or purchase theirs but in all honesty I'd advise not to buy theirs. The socks are fun colors but extremely cheap and run very small. If you have been to Makutus nearby and kept theirs or even skyzone on the west side in Peoria, just bring the ones you got from there because it's much better quality and more comfortable. It was a pretty busy day which is fine, nothing crazy or overwhelming. They have the different areas well organized and most of the staff was well trained and attentive. The different packages are organized by height so my petite kids being 6 and 4 didn't get to participate in the sky coaster or sky obstacle course. The did try out the lower obstacle course but it really isn't design for young or petite kids and is pretty challenging. There were a lot of party rooms with good views of the play area as well as an upstairs parent lounge if you've got older kids. A kid threw up next to the trash can but employees handled it quickly and bathrooms we're decently clean. My kids were only able to use the play fort, wall climbing, and trampolines. I paid 3x as much as I would have at Urban Jungle in Mesa for less features. I will say that there is no time limit here like there is at other indoor parks similar to this but the time limit is usually 2-3 hours elsewhere and we never stay longer than that so that didn't really matter much. My advice is pretty simple, don't waste your money here if you've got younger kids there is way more for them at Urban Jungle in Mesa and it's much cheaper. If you have older kids this place is great if you don't mind the price point. Don't waste money on their trampoline socks, bring your own trampoline socks. Also call ahead or check online for private parties because when we arrived we were told they were closing early to the public for a private party later.
