Do yourself a favor and don't. I was so happy to start getting "farm" food delivered. The first time they had like really great sales but then they disappeared and everything was over priced. For example, the milk was $.50 more expensive than it was at the supermarket (their same milk). Remember there is a delivery charge unless you order more than a minimum order, so the higher prices were not really justified. I did not care much - I decided it's ok for the convenience. Also, nothing is really organic unless specified on the app which makes like 75% the regular crap you but in supermarkets and they just resell.My food then started to arrive bad. All produce and fruit. I let it go once, twice - I said it's a bad batch but it kept happening. I called them. Nobody picked up and left a voicemail. After a few days of attempts I decided that was it. I left a voicemail and Asher to cancel. Never heard back. I sent two emails and asked them to cancel. No reply. Moreover they made a delivery of ONE bottle of milk from a canceled order. It cost me about $20 including the refundable ice but how am I gonna get a refund if I really don't want the crappy food anymore?
Today I was charged $50. I did not authorize it and I am so angry. The thought of calling them again is terrifying. I'm gonna place a chargeback with my credit card company and block any future changes. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money.
