  • If I could I would give negative stars on this rating! What can you say about an urgent care facility where one of the "associates" physically threatens you? I went to this urgent care because I developed a sinus infection and I needed some antibiotics. The PA that saw me disagreed but was rude and condescending while doing so. Even though I told him I have experienced this many times in my life and I was sure of what it was he interrupted me, refused to prescribe antibiotics, mumbled something towards me and quickly exited the room. After about 10 minutes of stewing on this I finally decide I had wasted my time and money anyway so I exited the room and went to the desk to ask the name of the PA before I left. As the woman was looking up the name I explained that I was asking due to the rude and condescending way I felt I had been treated. At this point the PA ( whose name I never got) spoke up and said he was there (with his back to me) and proceeded to explain to me how he was just trying to practice quality medical care unlike others who prescribed antibiotics indiscriminately. I tried to explain the reasons I disagreed and why I felt he was condescending but I was repeatedly interrupted by his associate who kept repeating "Why don't you go somewhere else?" After about the third time I became irritated at his rudeness and said "I will go somewhere else asshole after I'm finished here." He immediately jumped up and walked rapidly towards me in a menacing way with an angry look on his face. I of course invited him to come on over while several of his coworkers tried to physically and verbally restrain him. So then he says "You better get the fuck out of here now!" Once I was sure he had changed his mind about physically assaulting me I did leave as I told them how unbelievably unprofessional they were. What do you think would happen to you or I if you threatened a guest/customer/client and told them to GTFO? Exactly! I do have to say that as I left some of the other people there apologized to me and the other people I encountered (besides those two) were very pleasant. If I find out the names I will come back and post them but if I were you I would avoid this place unless you like being abused!
