  • Do not call this company if you have a vintage or older model product. I paid 90 dollars for them to come out and tell me that it was broken and they would look for the part. After a couple days without hearing from them, I called back where they told me they were going to extend their search nationwide. Four days later with no word from them I called back where they told me the part doesn't exist anymore. When I asked for my money back they gave me an analogy about going to a Doctor.
