  • Wow! Can't believe some of these negative reviews. I've been doing business with Charles / Blue Ox for about five years on a few different properties. First meeting was on a home warranty call on a rental property. I was so impressed with the service I have used them ever since. Over the years they have replaced or repaired four or five systems for us. Always very honest and reasonably priced. Calling them today to check out the system my daughter's home she just purchased.
