  • Grimaldi's brings New York Pizza to Las Vegas. This is a good spot for a relatively cheaper lunch while in Vegas. There seem to be plenty of seating as well as a bar. No outdoor seating however. Started with the spinach salad to get our veggies. Nothing out of the ordinary here, but it really hit the spot. Just the right amount of onion. The pizza is thin crust cooked in coal oven. Crust was nicely browned. The sauce was neutral and nice. Mozzarella and mushrooms completed the process. This pizza hit the spot! Service was grand. Nice spot for a quick bite in Vegas.
