So after I lunch, I reviewed the receipts to Venmo charge my colleagues. I noticed that they had put another guest's order on my receipt and I had paid for it. I called and they immediately found the extra order in their system, apologized and said that I could either take it as a credit for my next visit or come in immediately to get a cash refund as they weren't able to refund my credit card for one specific item. I told them that I was about to leave Vegas and couldn't do either, so they offered to take down my address and mail me a check. Sure enough, the check arrived just a few days after I got home and I live all the way on the West Coast. Although I wish they mix up didn't happen in the first place, they were great about fixing it.
