  • I finally got to eat Uncle Tetsu cheesecake today and I have to admit their cheesecake is pretty good. Everything there is freshly made. When the freshly baked cheesecake arrived in my mouth it melted instantly like cotton candy but it tasted even better. If you refrigerate the cheesecake it will be denser but still retains it's freshness for about 1 to 2 days. Reason #1 for why I gave 3 out of 5 stars is I think they need to improve on the efficiency and timeliness of sales order and production of their cheesecakes and desserts. I understand part of their business attraction is long line up of customers, but that may also turn away some business and cause inconvenience for the customers. Reason #2 for my 3 star rating was the small size of their cheesecakes, at only 15cm in diameter and the price point of $10 per cheesecake. For this small amount of cheesecake, I just did not feel it was worth $10 and over 30 min of waiting in line. Service wise, it was ok. I mean there wasn't much service involved other than their staff hand me the cheesecake and give me my change.
