rev:text	I feel much better after reading the past few reviews. I thought I was being snobby for not enjoying myself but the service and instruction was awful! Although I know the email says to arrive 10 minutes early, I was 5 minutes late due to a meltdown from my toddler when we tried to leave him at the neighbors. Although this was a hands-on approach cooking class, I did not learn a thing. Basically as the other reviewers said, you were spit into groups and told to make a dish from the recipe. Minimal instruction was offered and the instructor was not very approachable. I don't need to pay $65 to make a dish all by myself (and wash all the dishes myself). Then we were served our food on paper plates and small styrofoam cups (small, think 1/4 cup). Disappointing experience. I enjoyed the company of the other attendees more than the experience itself. And then to top it all off, the owner calls me the next day to say that we were not welcome back because we were disruptive? Ok, granted my husband did talk to the person next to him while the instructor was talking at one point (at which I quickly nudged him) and we were five minutes late but really... if you know me at all, you would know that I am not a disruptive person at all! And to top it all off she did not provide any explanation, just quickly said bye. Really, is that any way to run a business? I probably would have never gone back because of the poor service but I probably would have never written this review and warned all my friends if I hadn't been banded! Ughh, I will try to Johnson and Wales program next time I want to actually learn about cooking.
