  • Myself, my sister and my two friends wanted to take advantage of their 40% off grand opening special so we booked an appointment for all four of us on a Saturday morning. We arrived on time, checked in and then stood around for about 20 minutes before we were finally seated in the back. We were offered wine, which was warm and hard to drink. One of my friends sat in the pedicure chair for about 40 minutes before she was serviced. We even asked several times why she was just sitting there and the only excuse they had was they were overbooked due to a website error. If that was the case, perhaps they should've called us before hand to let us know not just let her sit there for an hour past our appointment before getting her pedicure started. The worst part was when she attempted to communicate her concerns to the owner, she completely ignored her and walked away! Even if I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reviewed them on the service I received, it would still be 1 star. My nails look like crap! I even paid extra for callous removal and my feet are still crusty! Will never go back.....
