  • Was first put in a car that stunk of cigarette so much. The manager acknowledged the fact and was not offering to do or change car. The whole time it seemed like they didn't care. When i did get a car change finally and later drove down across states we realized how badly it would shake and vibrate. Seemed like the car was ready to breakdown. Upon my return not even an apology. Just bad customer service.
