  • This place is very clean and nice inside. Class room size is cute and small but enough for everyone in the classroom. My instructor was really nice and she helped concentrate on me and my boyfriend since it was our first time. A lot of men don't attend this class but I asked my boyfriend to come. He did a fantastic job keeping up. The workout was nice and I like the varieties of exercises in this class. The girl who greeted us and got us started was also friendly and nice. I liked how they didn't pressure you to sign up or force you to join the membership. They went with the flow and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I'm a Yelp elite so I got offered a month of free classes here to try out. Definitely a nice class.
