  • Steer clear of this over priced complex until its finished. Construction starts at 6am and doesn't end until 6pm most days. In the summer time they start at 4:30am that's right good luck on sleeping, jack hammers going off people yelling back and forth they also work holidays. The construction was suppose to be done Begging of Nov 2016 you missed the mark by a ton. Maybe quarter of its done if that. My girlfriend gets whistled at by the construction workers all the time feeling very unsafe in her own home. If you work late at night like me good luck finding parking when you come home there are zero parking spots. If I had to estimate there is 250 cars and 180 spots. How does this work? When signing the lease you have to use there trash company to pick it up nightly, wait wait I mean when its convenient for them they have skipped my door I don't know how many times at least 10 or more for $29 a month. They also take Friday and Saturdays off in my house its the two craziest days in the kitchen and everyone is home. The front office tells me there no option to remove it and they will call the manager of that company to make sure it doesn't happen again. Well whatever your doing doesn't work they're making you look like a joke, they are still missing my door and other neighbor's. We also have bug problems just like everyone else here. I have threw away hundreds of dollars in food. The front office has reimbursed on half of what I threw away but its not enough. To Jennifer L that also commented I have the same issue I can tell you what's going on in my neighbors apartment any day of the week, sad part is I am on the top floor and hear my neighbors below me more then anyone and to each side its horrible. Even when someone is going up the stairs yep we hear that too. I see Brooke also left one star but some how it feel off hhmmm sounds like the same problems to. Multiple cars have been broken in too on the property your far from secure the gates always open because someone is hitting it or it just doesn't work 85% of the time. She is right its nice on the outside but not so well built on the inside. The office staff seem to be getting worse by the minute the managers give you lip when you ask question I get it a lot people are angry here, but we pay a lot of money and we aren't even close to getting what we paid for. I get it! its not your fault but Mark-Taylor needs to come up with a solution ASAP! or let us out of a lease because your not holding up your end of it. I will give a huge shout out to Maintenance there on top of it and keeping the place looking sharp. For $1500 a month I would recommend renting else where for now.
