  • This place is a joke. After spending a couple hours finding the right couch going through the process of fabric swatches and such they said that specific couch is no longer available. I went with a different couch and began the whole process all over again and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to deliver. 6 weeks later my couch arrived but what a mess. The cushions had twigs and dirt on them. The couch had multiple staples sticking out of the back of the fabric. The delivery guys jacked my wall taking paint and drywall off. I refused the delivery and was told Living Spaces would have to inspect the furniture to make sure there were actual defects or I'd have to eat 25% restocking fee. Fortunately I took pics so this was not the case. Next I was told it would take 3-5 business days for my refund but what they don't tell you is that they will take 3 days to submit to credit card company so now my 3-5 business days turned into 10 business days (still waiting by the way). I don't recommend this place if you have to wait on delivery, but if it is a grab and go situation I suppose they have decent prices for accessories and such.
