I bought my truck with a broken windshield so I bought it to techna glass to fix. At first the had excellent service. My truck has a viper alarm system that has an antenna stuck to the windshield for the key fob. First time they changed the glass I didn't think to tell them about it and they broke it. I was able the fix it pretty easily. About a month later my windshield was hit by a rock so I went to them again to get the rock hip warranty. When I got there I told the guy at the front desk that last time I was here you guys broke my alarm antenna could you please handle it more carefully this time. And immediately after say that he got all defensive and pissed off. Giving me all kinds of attitude saying that that wasn't there consider. That there only concern was replacing the windshield. After arguing abit he agreed the handle it better. After they replaced the windshield I went to try it the alarm and it didn't work at all. I looked at the antenna and they had ripped the wires out of it. I confronted the guy about it and he said there was nothing he could do about it. When I got home I tried to get a hold of techna glass management and still haven't heard anything from them. Now fixing my alarm system is going to cost my $100. If you have an alarm system with an antenna on the windshield I strongly suggest to not take it to techna glass
