  • This happened on Thursday... Wow! This "not" a recommendation! I will not be using this florist again... Walked in to buy three floral arrangements and asked if they can deliver two of them tomorrow, two days before the Holiday. She says Where? I say Tempe, yes and I say West Phoenix, then she says (sacastically) Oh, we don't deliver there! I say, well you've delivered "there" for me, at least once/twice before... Then she says, Oh, we can't deliver there because it's the Holiday.. No it's two days before the holiday... It really felt like, it was an inconvenience for her.. I was really offended with her "How Dare You Ask Me to Deliver There" attitude.. I told her that I was extremely offended with her attitude & how she responded to my request.. I'm supposed to be a customer & actually (was) a return customer... WOW! NO STARS FROM ME! I will not use them again, ever! Thank you to Cactus Flower on Alma School & Germann who took care of my request for 3 Arrangements!
