  • **UPDATE** Akila reached out to me and explained that he's been out of town. We scheduled the repair same day and he replaced the PC fan. I paid for the fan but the labor was free which I thought was fair. I don't know if that fixed my PC's problem, but I'm satisfied with what Akila has done. I would return to Akila's shop if I needed phone or PC repair services in the future. 2 stars. Akila took care of one problem but wouldn't fix the 2nd problem. I first went to him to replace the battery in my Galaxy 6. He quoted me a good price and I was mostly happy with how it went down. A few weeks later, I went back to him when my PC developed a problem. Akila said if I paid him $45 for diagnosis, he'd fix it "100%." Well, he didn't fix the PC problem so I came back to him. He then said I needed a new hard drive so I bought one from him. That didn't fix the problem either. Now, I noticed that my PC fan wasn't working which is probably what needed fixing in the first place. So I texted him to replace the fan. Silence. No reply. He's ignoring me. In the end, I spent a few hundred dollars for diagnosis and a new HD I don't need when all I probably needed was a new PC fan. I'll probably go to Fry's next time.
