  • Get a second opinion, and whomever that comes from, go with it. Do not choose Yes! We were warned to get a second opinion and didn't. Here's the story: We called and received amazing customer service from the first service call. The salesman told us what we needed (which was a $9500 replacement for heating/ac). He was all about helping...UNTIL we PAID. He wanted us to use financing, and when we refused, and paid cash upfront (leaving them with no interest payments), they signed us up, took our money, and didn't care. The first service installation guys were an hour late. When I called the office, the secretary said, "oh, they had to go pick up parts. They should be there soon". A bit frustrated, I asked for a supervisor to call me. NO CALL EVER CALLED. The service team showed up, were quite friendly and efficient. They installed in a couple of hours, cleaned up their mess, and said that someone would be contacting us to repair the ceiling to the crawl space (they had to cut into it to get the until up there). Shocker....no one called to follow up. So, we called to find them and figure out a time for them to come out. Secretary said they'd call back in 30 minutes. NO CALL. We called again and they said they'd call back in 20 minutes. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. We called and set up the appointment for the ceiling repair. Guy comes and says he'll need an engineer to come in with him for the repair (after he asked if we even wanted it fixed. OF course we want it fixed). Funny. He comes back for the repair a week later without an engineer. He also broke the vent unit on this visit. He came back and fixed everything except for the crack. To this day...roughly 4 weeks later, we have never heard from them or seen anyone to fix the crack. Looking to replace/repair your ac/heat? Don't say Yes! Find someone...anyone else...and go with it.
