  • The beginning process was a little rough, I spoke to 2 different people before getting to Monica. The 2 people before Monica gave me conflicting information but once Monica got a hold of me it seemed fine. She was very polite & made sure everything with me was ok. It's been a long process which I know isn't their fault because the other insurance company isn't the best, but throughout the entire thing Monica has kept me in the loop and responded to all my emails in a timely manner. Today I talked to Marc who was also very nice & made sure I was ok with what he was negotiating. As of right now I am happy with the experience. At first it was a little rough, mainly because I felt like I was being bounced around, but after expressing my frustration & concern to Monica, she made sure I was informed of things & comfortable with the process.
