Groupon did it!
Let's start out with the actual location. This is located on Craig and 95. The actual place is small and there's not much of a gym there's only rings and weights and a few other machines which names I don not know because I don't exercise enough..... sorry.
The class it self felt super short is very focused on weight training not much emphasis on cardio to be honest. The beginning was 3 small laps around the gym then a small warm up and. After that it was 54 burpies 23 over head squats and then a last exercise.
After that it was done. I don't feel like I got a good cardio work out but if your looking to strengthen your body definitely go there. BTW they made me pay the Groupon price and I only went one day. What a waste
