| - If I'd only dealt with Mason, this would be a five star review, but the fella I assume is the manager dampered my experience. I had already committed to purchasing around $75 worth of items and was awaiting a coworker, more knowledgeable about the vape industry to arrive, when he approached me and asked if I had any questions: I explained that Mason had been very gracious and answered every question posed, but was curious to know if Kure would match competitor's pricing. I felt an immediate tension as if I had no right as the consumer to ask such a thing. My Freedom Smokes, approximately 5-7 miles from Kure, had the same mod in question offered for $ 30.05 cheaper. He explained that although you can physically go inside MFS, they considered them an online company and could not due to that. Ok, no problem, but as he walked away he mentioned something about Kure's overhead costs specifically the rent of retail space and that didn't sit right with me. No consumer is concerned with a company's overhead, its obvious it costs to run a business, but we just want to know we're paying a fair rate for an item. Kudos to Mason for being educated and professional, I paid more than I could have for a product because of him.
