  • Total disaster. Home warranty claim took them two weeks of chaos for them to call my home warranty company and have another service company take over. The manager Vivian said she would call me back after talking with my home warranty company. She never did. The unprofessionalism is top-down. It was a maddening experience calling to ask for updates. One person would say service was completed, another would say the part was never ordered.
