  • I love this store! I always buy an herb elixir called Balance-for about the last year or so. I bought a bottle back in June, and after I bought it and tasted it, it didn't taste the same as it usually does. I went back and told the manager there and she didn't believe me. It had a funky, rancid taste. Even my fiancĂ© and good friend (who are familiar with the taste) said it wasn't right. I never used it. I recently went back about a week ago, and they have a new manager. Becky Boyd was wonderful! She immediately empathized with me and had me taste a new bottle before purchasing. It still had funky taste. She then had me taste the smaller size bottle and they tasted fine. I really hope you guys figure out if something went wrong with one of your batches. The Balance elixir helps me so much, I would really hate to not be able to get it. Another thank you to Becky Boyd. I'm in customer service as well, and I understand there are people who take advantage of store policies. They ruin it for the rest of us. I'm not one of those people and I appreciate you listening to my concerns. I will be back and hopefully buying more BALANCE!
