| - Ok, here we go. I wanted to buy an new american car to help our economy in 2009. Although, I had a Nissan that lasted 300 miles, yes, 300 miles and started everyday. I thought about buying another Nissan but the sales experience at Desert Nissan was so bad, I didn't want the car after I signed. The sales negoiations at Chapman were fair and not as difficult as I had experienced at other dealerships in the past. However, I purchased a new black 2009 Towne & Country 25th Anniversary van and paid for the extended bumper to bumper warranty. It ran smooth and had many new features that I enjoyed for a while. Well, at 37,000 miles the dash began to vibrate then make an annoying rattle. Parts began failing on this vehicle and when asked if it was covered, we kept getting the same response as follows: " Yeah, "We'll this particular part isn't covered or you just missed the coverage for this replacement by 41 miles. Really, I'm thinking if at 37,000 miles, what is going to happen at 100,000 miles? So, I sent across the street my friend and traded it in for a Mercedes Benz. At Mercedes, they are pleasant and strive for excellent customer satisfaction.
