  • We were looking for a replacement car for my wife. We found a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali on the CarMax website, but it was in San Diego. I had the car shipped to Vegas. Leann contacted me for a time to test drive the car, and get an appraisal of our car. We received more for our car than we thought we would, and the GMC was even better than we expected. Leann is great, we were in a time crunch and she was able to move us through the process very rapidly. No pushy sales tactics here, everything is very straight forward. I used to dread buying a car, but Leann and CarMax actually made it an enjoyable experience. We will be repeat customers. Thanks Leann!!!
