  • cannot say enough bad things about this practice - HORRIBLE saw DR. LISA COHEN (no longer with this practice - shocker) sne is by far one of the WORST doctors I've ever seen in my life incompetent unprofessional zero compassion zero bedside manner does not care about the patient total BITCH is the best way to describe her New Yorker with a HUGE attitude she was just mean rude nasty and treated me & the staff like crap she spent more time complaining about a new medical assistant to another assistant than paying attention to me "this is the last time he checks my patients in - the last time - do you hear me? the last time!" "he is incompetent!" etc, etc, etc... she did not listen to me was snotty and incredibly rude talked over me minimized what i told her said what i was saying and the symptoms i told her i have "didn't make sense" had zero compassion and horrendous bedside manner typed furiously and endlessly never stopping to look at me or have a real conversation got almost every detail about me wrong including my hair & eye color, age, height, weight, diagnosis & symptoms this practice is a joke and quite frankly i cannot understand how they stay in business or how they have patients the girls at the front desk are incredibly rude and unprofessional - i encountered them on the phone, went i finally went to my appointment, when i had to call because the place i was referred for testing never called me, when i called for my records, and when i picked up my records - EVERY SINGLE TIME they were rude and unhelpful - a horrible representation of a horrible practice! i went against my better judgement and saw this physician because i was referred by another doctor - i had already read all the bad reviews and decided i did not want to go there - when the doctor referred me and was able to get me an appointment i needed immediately - i thought i would give it a chance and go BIG MISTAKE STUPID ON MY PART don't be stupid like me! HEED THE WARNINGS HERE there is a reason there are so many bad reviews there is a reason why patients are so unhappy there is a reason why patients are so upset DON'T TRUST THIS PRACTICE - DO NOT GO HERE - FIND A BETTER PLACE one where they actually care, are professional, and actually do a good job and give you the care that you need
