AC went out Tuesday while I was at work and I called my warranty company, Old Republic, when I got home at 530PM. Received an email by 6PM that I was assigned to Shaffer & Son's. Received an email from Shaffer at 4AM the next morning that I would be getting a call to set up an appointment. I received a call that they would be there the next day. They called the next day as promised and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The tech, Nick, was very pleasant and got right to the job. We were very happy to have our air on again!
