  • Decided to check out Keegan's for our first visit after reading an article that it had recently changed owners. The menu was pretty basic with almost no vegetarian options (with 1 entree exception). Keegan's does have a more upscale ambiance but In a metro area like Phoenix, I think there is an expectation for a bit more menu options such as a lot of the California restaurants offer -if you are targeting that sort of niche. Service was slow and the waitress not overly friendly.
