| - Delicious, delicious, delicious. The food, the beer, the band- great!!! Service is a little slow, but not worth sacrificing a star. I went 2 days in a row and I live 25 miles away!! The liberty fondue is super tasty if a little misnamed. The cheese is not fully melted, but the taste is divine. Think a gooey cheese spread for texture. The pretzel sticks are served PIPING HOT (and delicious). I had the Brie, Pear and Bacon jam sandwich one day, my husband the Mac n Cheese, and the other day (while solo for brunch) I had the waffle battered chicken sandwich.
The great- the Waffle battered Chicken sandwich. Holy mouth-watering greatness! Served with crispy average tater tots. Just go ahead and dump the honey on the sandwich, it takes it to the next level. The Pear, Brie, Tomato/Bacon jam sandwich was pretty damn epic. Wonderful flavor and great texture.
The average but still nice- the tater tots and truffle - parm fries. Truffle parm fries are the new hipster kale. I'm all truffle fried out at this point.
The "Did they forget salt?" Moment- The mac n cheese was pretty bland. The cheese flavor was really light and there was no other seasoning. I have to assume this was a mis-step and not a regular occurrence.
Give it a go, you will definitely love it.
