We're in town for business and we're sick, so we wanted to get something delivered to our hotel room. We love jimmy johns so we were happy to see they'd deliver to us. The delivery was quick and they got our order right, but as we were eating our sandwiches, we both noticed that there was a really bitter taste in both of our sandwiches. The lettuce was bad. My husband called to tell them and they were apologetic, but when he asked to speak to the manager about it, the employee just said "yeah I'll discuss with the manager and let you know" and hung up without taking our name or number or anything. Sooo basically I don't think they really care. ?
