  • DO NOT USE! We had a slab leak in our home that destroyed my son's room. The plumbing company that my home warranty called out to assess the situation contacted Adam's. Adam's did the dryout and then subcontracted the pack up of the room without our knowledge. Everything went down hill, very unorganized company. No one in that company knows whats going on. They called and harrassed us about getting the first half of the payment to start the rebuild. Only to find out, they hadn't gotten paid because they did not send in the proper paperwork! After the work was completed, we received the insurance check which had to be signed by our mortgage company. Adam's offered to overnight the check. 2wks later the harassment began again. I finally called my mortgage company who stated they had not received the check. Well after calling Adam's and informing them of this, they acknowledged that the check was still in their possession! They never mailed it! The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. Its a family owned and operated business. The best part, Adam's kept telling us that we needed to pay them our insurance deductible! When we explained that it was already paid to our insurance company and our deductible had nothing to do with them, we were told that we did not know what we were talking about and the gentleman continued to try and convince us to send them a check for our deductible. This company is running a racket! I feel sorry for the many people who probably trusted their book keeping skills and just wrote them a check not knowing any better. Craftsmanship wise, it was ok. They did put the baseboards on backwards. Worst experience of my life!
