  • BlogTO listed Montmartre Bakery as one of the best places to buy danishes in Toronto. So I headed to Yelp, which confirmed that if you live in the north/east end of the city, this bakery is the place to go for delicious breads, pies, bagels, pretzels, buns and danishes at amazing prices. So I drove almost a half-hour out of my way to pick up danishes for my neighbours and an apple strudel and focaccia for me and my hub. The focaccia was simply spectacular -- and the apple strudel was out-of-this-world scrumptious. What a find! My hips and I will be returning to this delicious place...a lot...!!! :)
