  • Meh is a perfect way to describe our stay over the weekend. Pros: Great, central location. Decent amount of food options in the hotel, pleasure pit, and Cons: No one cleaned our room the whole 3 day stay--our bed was remade and we had new towels but it was obvious no one vaccummed or cleaned the bathroom. There were dusty socks and a shoe that had obviously been under the bed for more than a few weeks, no refrigerator (unless you wanted to rent one), and an extremely disfunctional system of transferring calls. Trying to get dry cleaning took 4 connections and trying to get a status update on the dry cleaning took 5 transfers. We ordered PF Changs to the room and the lady who answered was extremely rude, my other hotel phone line was ringing loudly and she yelled at me that it was hurting her ears (it was hurting mine too but I dont know how to turn the hotel phone down and have no idea why it would ring in the first place if I was on the other line). Pools were okay.
