  • The store was okay, the staff was okay.... However, I ordered online in October (2 orders) and received neither package. I contacted the company and they said they were both shipped. I still did not receive either package. I contacted them again and they said they were shipped to "Pennsylvania", and my address was wrong. I never put any other state or address other than the one I live in (Nevada). I contacted them yet again, and they continually gave me the runaround. They finally told me to send in a signed affidavit before the time expired. I sent 2 in immediately.... I heard nothing back. I wrote several times with the attached affidavits every time. They finally responded and they said they had never received the affidavits, so I resent them yet again. They still did not respond. I wrote many times, with no reply still. Finally, they responded that it had been too long since the purchase and it was too late to deal with this matter... I have shopped at the stores and so have some friends, but never again. They were so dishonest and unethical that they will not get my, or my friends or family's, business anymore. There are too many good, decent stores to spend money at. This was the worst runaround, dishonest and dysfunctional business practices that I've ever experienced in a long time. No more forever 21. Unfortunate..
