  • The doctor is excellent, the hygienist is superb ... but watch out for the receptionist. On at least 3 occasions, her communications were vague and unclear, obtuse and open for multiple interpretations. Several times her attitude and lack of communication skills resulted in incorrect charges and even a missed appointment. When questioned about clarification she gets rude, argumentative and incensed ... very passive aggressive. She is not a pleasant person ... hence the 3 stars.
