Experienced the worst customer service at this hotel. A concert I was to attend, Jimmy Buffett, was cancelled and moved to a later date. The hotel manager was not empathetic to this and refused to refund the booking and would not rebook it for the new concert date. I called twice, once and talked to someone who told me to call the manager back the next day and spoke to the manager the next day to no success. Travelocity phoned the hotel twice as well and again, I was offered only a $50 refund (which has not credited my account). This is completely unacceptable and I will not book at this hotel chain again. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Sorely disappointed in the treatment of not only myself, but was told that others were not offered refunds that were in the same situation as myself...I'm sure they made thousands of dollars with no one occupying the rooms. Ridiculous and poor business.
