  • I checked every hot tub seller from Champaign and even some surrounding cities. when it came down to it I trusted Matt at Ohana pools and spas most. I was very indecisive for a couple of months leading to my purchase and he helped me through the entire process even when maybe I seemed to be a pest. He was patient, friendly and most of all not pushy. He has an established, reputable business. Another reason I chose Ohana was their service. He has several helpful staff technicians there everyday to fix problems if one were to arise. He sent three gentlemen to my house just to install the tub and even sent them back later that day to install a cover lift arm for me because I decided last minute I needed one. (P.S Get one if you buy a hot tub.) He also does free water samples and it was obvious he has a large following from how many people came in and got water samples while I was in his store. If you are thinking of buying a pool or hot tub, check this place out. They don't act like salesman here. They just help you in the right direction and genuinely want you to be happy. One last pointer. They sell hot springs brand and from every person I've talked to including hours of online research says that hot springs is above all.
