rev:text	This place has gone down hill. Possibly a management change? Ok so they Keurig inside, that is nice but apparently you are supposed to stay in your car now. It was my first time in a while, I forgot my coupon at home, so I searched for one online. Found one like mine. Pulled up and waited in line, not a soul greeted me or came to talk to me the way they used to. I wasn't sure why they were ignoring me. So finally I turned the car off and went inside. I noticed they eventually pulled my car into the bay and started to work on it, mind you I still hadn't talked to a soul. Finally I had someone ask me, "just an oil change". Yes I told them. (Normally that is all I get). They came to show me the oil level and color, it looked good. My car was ready, so instead of them pulling it out of the bay, they had me go to my car (which was the farthest one over) and pay next to it. I also had to dodge puddles of oil spills. Guess that's why there was a very dirty paper at on the floor of my car. I decided to leave it there incase I stepped in oil. And I drove my car out. The gentleman that took my coupon said I couldn't use it. I have always printed coupons when I've forget mine at home. He also proceeded to tell me that they only ever have $5 and $7 coupons. He would let me have a $7 coupon. I'll post my $15 off coupon......just so you can see they DO TAKE Higher amount coupons and I should of received $15 off. Customer service is not at all what it was! I was very disappointed in the lack of great customer service this place used to have!
