Pros:
-Great quality furniture and a pretty great selection of same.
-Staff know their furniture well and for the most part provide answers to your questions.
Cons:
-Overly aggressive/pursuing salespeople. If I say I'm fine and just looking, I don't need you to follow me. I'll come get you if I need help.
-Sales are not straightforward. You see tags with a big red x over the prices and ask what the new price is. The salesman advises that each piece is different and that if you're really interested he can talk to you about the particular piece in mind. It sort of subtly discourages the notion of comparing prices by asking you to pick one before even continuing the conversation.
Ultimately, they're not a horrible place and I'm actually sad they're closing. However, their sales tactics left much to be desired.
