My first meal at Blue Canyon was October 2015. Excellent service, great atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Couldn't wait to return! This week (February 2016) I had dinner at Blue Canyon twice. Monday evening - very attentive service, ordered the double bone pork chop... what a disappointment! Over cooked and dry - couldn't finish half the meal. Okay - maybe a mistake, so I can back on Wednesday evening and ordered the special Bison slow-cooked ribs. This was the most disgusting meal I've ever been served in an upscale restaurant. Covered in greasy fat, I couldn't eat this meal after two bites. I asked the server if they had changed their chef recently... They changed chefs in November 2015...
This is only rated two stars for atmosphere - great place to get a drink - maybe an appetizer. Do not waste an evening on a meal, you will be disappointed.
