This location does not offer you safety nor customer service. If you want to be treated fairly, look elsewhere.
Watch out for their "pre-paid" gas SCAM!!!!! They ended up charging me for a full tank even I brought the car back with more than half tank. If anything, just get the car and decline everything else. Even the person who worked at the rental return said the front desk lied to me about what the "pre-paid" option actually was.
Whayt's more, the so called customer service manager on site was not good at helping customers. He kept on denying the front desk's negligence on misleading information and tried to twist my words by saying I was lying (he kept on asking me what did the front desk say when I picked up the car two days ago for multiple times and argued that my statements either did not match or the agent did his job and it was my mistake. It felt more like an interrogation than customer service. I felt terrible cuz the manager acted superior and did not care because he had many customers and losing just one was nothing). He also tried to prove he was correct by using seniority (like how many years he has been working there and he rents over 2000 cars a day and you are the only customer that complains etc). He was arguing and denying than clarifying a case. Very bad experience.
Not to mention some of their cars have safety issues. I firstly got a Nissan Versa and the car wheels were not well aligned and kept on moving left on the highway. I had to bring it back and exchange for a different one.
Try to AVOID this car rental if you have other options. If you absolutely need to use their cars, at least do yourself a favor and avoid their additional "services" such as pre-paid gas if you want to be treated fairly. Just terrible.
